The purpose of the present invention is to provide a secondary battery protection circuit configured to guarantee safety with low power consumption and implement an overcharge detection device to change a status to reduce power consumption of the overcharge detection device except that a lithium ion secondary battery is overcharged, and a battery device. According to the present invention, the secondary battery protection circuit comprises a secondary detection circuit installed therein to have the same or a lower detection voltage threshold compared to a detection voltage threshold of the overcharge detection circuit. In addition, power consumption of the overcharge detection device is reduced, when a voltage of the secondary battery is lower than the detection voltage threshold of the secondary detection circuit. |
