An apparatus for cutting a cigarette wrapper comprises: a frame coupled to a cut position among a moving route of the cigarette wrapper to support movement of the cigarette wrapper; and a cutting unit coupled to the frame and having a cutting blade cutting the cigarette wrapper. The cutting blade has a cut surface formed on one side surface to have a plurality of teeth alternately and continuously positioned in the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade.
