According to the present invention, a video signal processing method comprises: a step of determining whether a current block is a block encoded in an intra segment copy mode; a step of dividing the current block into a plurality of segment images when the current block is a block encoded in the intra segment copy mode; a step of inducing a segment vector to decode the current block in the intra segment copy mode; and a step of predicting the current block using a reference image specified by the segment vector. As such, the method is able to increase a prediction or a restoration efficiency of the current block based on the intra segment copy mode.
