The present invention relates to a system for providing regional environmental information using a fixed environmental information sensor or a mobile environmental information sensor and an environmental information collecting device thereof, comprising: an environmental information sensor placed in each region or on a portable terminal to detect environmental states, and transmits that information; an environmental information collecting device which collects and stores the environmental information from the environment information sensor by using a machine-to-machine(M2M), transmits the environmental information to an environmental information server, or provides the information depending on the request from an information terminal apparatus; and an environmental information server, which stores the environmental information received from the environmental information collecting device and provides the environmental information depending on the request from the information terminal apparatus; therefore, the present invention provides various environmental information on each region. |
