The present invention relates to a system for providing regional environmental information using a fixed environmental information sensor or a mobile environmental information sensor and an environmental information collecting device thereof. According to the present invention, an environmental information sensor, placed in each region or on a portable terminal to detect environmental states, transmits the detected environmental information, with respect to the environmental states, to an environmental information collecting device by using a Machine-to-Machine (M2M), and the environmental information collecting device stores the environmental information collected from the environmental information sensor, and transmits the information to an environmental information server, and the environmental information server stores the environmental information received from the environmental information collecting device and provides the environmental information, in response to the request by an information terminal apparatus; therefore, the present invention provides various environmental information on each region. |
