Disclosed in the present invention is a novel sickle red blood cell composite not only maintaining biocompatibility and biodegradability, but also being selectively accumulated in the blood vessel around a solid tumor, low-oxygen tumor or the like. A drug delivery system using the sickle red blood cell composite is disclosed. Disclosed in the present invention is a low oxygen tumor diagnosis system which comprises the following steps: carrying a fluorescent material inside sickle red blood cells; manufacturing the sickle red blood cell composite by coating the sickle red blood cells with a photosensitizer; supplying a light source; and inputting the sickle red blood cell composite into a living body, wherein discharge of the carried fluorescent material is controlled by the light source and the photosensitizer. |
