A computer aided diagnosis supporting device and a method thereof are disclosed. According to an aspect, the computer aided diagnosis supporting device comprises: an afterimage display duration determining unit configured to determine afterimage display duration of an interest region detected in a current frame image; and a screen display unit configured to display an afterimage of an interest region of a previous frame image on the current frame image to output the current frame image on a screen, if the acquisition period of the current frame image is within the afterimage display duration of the interest region detected in the previous frame image. Therefore, the computer aided diagnosis supporting device can minimize a frequency at which a user can not check an interest region detected by the computer aided diagnosis. |
