The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a power source distributed on a power distribution line which includes a storage unit, a sensing unit, a power flow calculation unit, and a distributed power source control unit. The apparatus suitably controls the output of the distributed power source to maintain a voltage of the power distribution line within an allowable range of a regulation voltage such that the efficiency of the distribution power source and the efficiency of the power system may be increased. The apparatus includes first and second blocking units such that main and individual switches installed in a power strip are switched off by force when the voltage applied to an electric device connected to the power strip is higher than the regulation voltage due to a malfunction of a control apparatus. Thus, a cord plug of the electric device connected to the power strip is finally separated by force, so that a malfunction and damage to the electric device due to a higher voltage than the regulation voltage may be surely prevented. |
