<p>PURPOSE:To perform voltage withstanding test without requiring insulating gas filling work by connecting a voltage withstanding test container to a cable head container at the opposite side from a circuitbreaker and constituting a voltage applying section connectable with a voltage source in the container while furthermore constituting an externally operable connecting device in the container. CONSTITUTION:Main buses 1A, 1B are connected to one side of a circuitbreaker 2 and a cable head container 3 is connected to the other side. A voltage withstanding test container 7 is connected to the cable head container 3 at the opposite side from the circuitbreaker and conductors at the side of a cable head CH in the cable head container 3 are led into the container 7. A metering transformer 5 is connected with the voltage withstanding test container 7 and a voltage applying section 32 electrically connectable externally is constituted. The rotary shaft 9 of a connecting device 30 is led out through a bearing for allowing rotation of the rotary shaft 9 while maintaining air-tightness to the outside of the voltage withstanding test container 7. When a handle 31 is rotated, the connecting device 31 connects one random phase conductor with a voltage source through a cable 33 and grounds two other phases.</p> |
