The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a supply unit to supply iron powder having an apparent density with different scopes; a mixing unit to receive the iron powder from the supply unit and mixing it; and a ratio control unit installed in the supply unit to supply the iron powder to make a preset weight ratio from the apparent density having different scopes. The present invention manufactures iron powder by reducing a defective rate; and the present invention provides an apparatus to manufacture iron powder which reduces the defective rate and manufacture iron powder.
