PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recipe evaluation device capable of suitably setting, for an unknown recipe for which an evaluation has not been carried out, an evaluation value for each evaluation criteria.SOLUTION: A recipe management server 100 calculates a word type basis similarity S1, which is a similarity between a known recipe and an unknown recipe for each recipe word type Cr on the basis of a word extracted from text data of the known recipe and a word extracted from text data of the known recipe. The recipe management server 100 then performs different weighting for each recipe evaluation criteria Er on the word type basis similarity S1 to calculate an evaluation basis similarity S2, which is a similarity between the known recipe and the unknown recipe for each recipe evaluation criteria Er. The recipe management server 100 next recognizes the known recipe similar to the unknown recipe for each recipe evaluation criteria Er on the basis of the evaluation basis similarity S2 and determines a score of the unknown recipe for each recipe evaluation criteria Er on the basis of a score of the recipe evaluation criteria Er of the known recipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
