PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input determination apparatus configured to invalidate input operation relating to a touch error, while guaranteeing operability of a touch panel, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: A control section 10 includes: a touch area identifying section 11 which identifies a touch area where a pointer touches on a touch panel, during a touch period from the start to the end of a touch of the pointer touching the touch panel; a moving amount calculation section 13 which calculates a moving amount of the touch; and a processing determination section 14 which invalidates the touch when at least a part of the touch area overlaps an end area and the moving amount is equal to or less than a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
