PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search system and method capable of specifying a position of an object in a short time, thereby reducing expenditure even when the radio waves emitted from the object are the radio waves for short distance and even when the facility for receiving the radio waves is few or non-existent.SOLUTION: A search system 1 for searching an object A emitting radio waves includes: a rocket bullet main body 2 projected to the object A; and a bullet 3 mounted in the rocket bullet main body 2 and dispersed in a space. The bullet 3 includes a position specifying device 10 for specifying its current position to be outputted as bullet position data; a first radio wave receiver 20 for receiving the radio waves emitted from the object A and outputting azimuth from which the radio waves are emitted as first azimuth data; and a data transmitter 30 for transmitting the bullet position data and the first azimuth data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
