PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever device for a work machine capable of preventing erroneous operation as far as possible, and an actuator selection circuit for the work machine with the usage of the operation lever device.SOLUTION: An operation lever 17 is provided to be tiltable in a direction orthogonal to an operation direction. A guide plate 32 for regulating a posture of the operation lever 17 is provided on a housing of an operation valve 15. The guide plate 32 includes two guide grooves 32a and 32b arranged in parallel in the operation direction of the operation lever 17, and a connection groove 32c connecting intermediate parts thereof with each other. When the operation lever 17 is in the one guide groove 32b, a striker 41 provided on the operation lever 17 is abutted to an operation part 36a, and a changeover valve 36 is changed over. A selection valve 46 is changed over by changing over of the changeover valve 36, and one of two hydraulic actuators is selected as an operation target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
