PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a lithium-containing complex oxide, with which performance of a lithium ion secondary battery such as cycle characteristics, rate characteristics or the like can be improved.SOLUTION: In a production method of a lithium-containing complex oxide producing the lithium-containing complex oxide by mixing a transition metal hydroxide essentially containing Ni and Mn and a lithium source and burning the mixture, the transition metal hydroxide with the crystallite diameter of (100) plane of 35 nm or less in the crystal structure model of space group P-3m1 of the X-ray diffraction pattern is used.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
