PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus and power supply method, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The power supply unit includes a plurality of capacitors, parallel connection means, and serial connection means. The plurality of capacitors supply electric power from a power supply to an electronic apparatus. The parallel connection means connects the plurality of capacitors in parallel in charging the plurality of capacitors.
