PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of obtaining excellent IP3 properties in an acoustic wave filter including an inclined IDT electrode part.SOLUTION: The acoustic wave filter includes: an input-side electrode part and an output-side electrode part including the inclined IDT electrode part; first acoustic wave absorption parts which are provided, respectively, in the input-side electrode part and the output-side electrode part at positions oppositely separated from the output-side electrode part and the input-side electrode part, respectively; and second acoustic wave absorption parts which are provided between edges closer to the IDT electrode part in a bus bar forming the input-side electrode part and a bus bar forming the output-side electrode part and an edge of a piezoelectric substrate that is positioned oppositely to the IDT electrode part with respect to the bus bars. The second acoustic wave absorption parts are provided in at least a region opposite to the output-side bus bar rather than an intermediate part of the input-side bus bar in a length direction and in at least a region opposite to the input-side bus bar rather than an intermediate part of the output-side bus bar in a length direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
