PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a totally-enclosed-fan-cooled motor that can effectively cool the inside of a case or a bearing of a rotating shaft of the totally-enclosed-fan-cooled motor.SOLUTION: A cooling structure 1a for a totally-enclosed-fan-cooled motor has a totally-enclosed-fan-cooled motor M that is secured to a base plate 6 fixed to the outer surface of a furnace wall 3 of a vacuum furnace 2, and has a rotating shaft 4 penetrating through the furnace wall 3 and the base plate 6 and an outer fan f secured to the opposite side to the base plate 6 of the rotating shaft 4, a cooling air guide case 7a which has a flow-in hole 8 in the neighborhood of the center portion of the outer fan f, is fixed along the outside of the outer fan f and the outside of a motor case 11 of the motor M so as to be spaced from the outer fan f and the motor case 11, and has a flow-out hole 9 at the other end side in a direction along the case 11, and a cylindrical outer cooling shell 20 which is secured to the base plate 6 at one end portion of the outer cooling shell 20 and surrounds the motor M and the case 7a so as to be spaced from the motor M and the case 7a. The outer peripheral wall portion of the case 7a extends to the position of the plate 6 side so that the flow-out hole 9 of the case 7a is located in the neighborhood and just before the plate 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
