PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a machine tool that hardly causes a determination error in determining the chatter vibration occurring in a cutting tool.SOLUTION: A correction coefficient for correcting the transmission degree of vibration is calculated and stored, on the basis of vibration information detected by a vibration detector 114 by rotating a rotation shaft 101 including a vibration reference tool 104 having a known eccentricity, and a theoretically determined vibration reference value generated by the vibration reference tool 104 through the rotation.
