PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level detection device with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of detecting a magnetism detection element, and also to improve airtightness as a liquid level detection device.SOLUTION: The present invention is a liquid level detection device F comprising a holder 2 that revolves in accordance with the displacement of a float 7 due to the fluctuation of a liquid level, a magnet 2a that is secured to the holder 2 and revolves along with the holder 2, a magnetism detection element 3 for detecting a change in magnetic force due to the revolving motion of the magnet 2a, and a body part 1 having the magnetism detection element 3 within.
