PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of sufficiently improving heat exchange efficiency.SOLUTION: A plurality of second metal pipe conduits 9 circulating a second heat exchange medium F1 is disposed in a closely contact manner around a plurality of first metal pipe conduits 8 circulating a first heat exchange medium R, the second metal pipe conduits closely contacting with each other.
