PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which enables a pneumatic tire of excellent performance with improved RFV by properly preventing an error from occurring at a sticking position of a starting end for JLB sticking.SOLUTION: A jointless band sticking apparatus comprises a JLB guide that guides a jointless band supplied to a breaker, a fixed roller mounted on the JLB guide, a lifting roller provided above the fixed roller to move vertically so as to come in contact with the jointless band transported over the fixed roller, an arithmetic part that calculates a drawing amount of the jointless band on the basis of a number of revolution of the lifting roller in contact with the jointless band due to jointless band drawing, and a roller control part that stops the jointless band drawing by locking lifting roller rotation when a calculated drawing amount of the jointless band reaches a preset drawing value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
