The present invention relates to an unit for measuring microorganisms, comprising: an inlet unit in which drinking water including microorganisms is introduced; a discharge unit where the drinking water is discharged; a channel forming a flowing space in which the drinking water is flowed; a sensing unit which is placed to be close to the discharge unit, and detects the concentration or the number of the microorganisms depending on the change of a measured current value; and a guide unit which forms a fluid channel guiding the microorganisms to the sensing unit, wherein the microorganisms are introduced and flow inside the channel.
