PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving dial device having a high drip-proof performance.SOLUTION: The revolving dial device has a housing and a dial which is rotatably held relative to the housing. The dial includes a magnet which rotates accompanying the rotation of the dial. The revolving dial device also includes a magnetic sensor which is disposed in the housing for detecting a rotation of the magnet. The magnet is provided to the dial and the magnetic sensor disposed in the housing are disposed in different areas being interposed by a wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
