PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote support system that, when receiving requests for support from a plurality of image forming apparatuses at a time, can quickly perform support operations to the respective apparatuses.SOLUTION: A remote support system RS has compound machines 200, a staff terminal 300, and a management server 100, communicably connected to each other. The management server 100 accumulates patterns of conversation exchanged between the compound machines 200 and the staff terminal 300 in an interactive form, when receiving requests for guidance from the image forming apparatuses, displays a selection screen having the patterns of conversations as options on the staff terminal 300, and displays a pattern of conversation selected on the staff terminal as guidance on the compound machines 200 that are the request sources.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
