PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MnZn-based ferrite suitable for absorption and inhibition of electromagnetic noise in high frequency band.SOLUTION: For making ferrite having high impedance at high frequency band of 350 kHz or more, relative magnetic permeability μ'' is needed to be enhanced at such high frequency band and a structure having uniform crystal particle diameter is prepared by adjusting the BiOcontent to be small and making σ/X representing heterogeneity of crystal particle diameter small for the purpose.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
