PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient semiconductor light-emitting element.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element of an embodiment comprises: a base substrate; first conductivity type first and third semiconductor layers; second conductivity type second and fourth semiconductor layers; first and second luminescent layers; first and second conductive layers; and first and second inter-element interconnections. The first semiconductor layer includes first and second regions. The second semiconductor layer is provided between the base substrate and the first region. The first luminescent layer is provided between the first region and the second semiconductor layer. The first conductive layer is connected with the second region. The third semiconductor layer includes third and fourth regions. The fourth semiconductor layer is provided between the base substrate and the third region. The second luminescent layer is provided between the third region and the fourth semiconductor layer. The second conductive layer is connected with the fourth semiconductor layer. The first inter-element interconnection includes first and second ends. The first end is connected with the first conductive layer and the second end does not overlap the second conductive layer. The second inter-element includes third and fourth ends. The third end is connected with the second conductive layer and the fourth end is connected with the second end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
