PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that can achieve both of a desired refractive index and developability of a cured film to be obtained therefrom and that has excellent liquid storage stability, a cured film and a production method of the cured film by curing the above curable composition, and an organic EL display device, a liquid crystal display device, a touch panel and a touch panel display device having the cured film.SOLUTION: A curable composition comprises: a hydrolytically condensable titanium and/or zirconium compound as component A; a compound having a thiocarbonyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated group, and/or a compound having a thiocarbonyl group and a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group, as component B; a photopolymerization initiator as component C; and a solvent as component D.SELECTED DRAWING: None
