PURPOSE: To provide a wooden fireproof door device referred to as a so-called 60 min fireproof door device which causes no secular change or no sudden decrease in fireproof performance, enables an improvement in fireproof performance itself, and enables a long fire-resistant time for 60 min or more with a very high fireproof performance and a light weight.CONSTITUTION: A first laminate lumber of paulownia produced by laminate bonding of veneers in parallel with a fiber direction is disposed so that the fiber direction may become vertical. A second laminate lumber is disposed so that the fiber direction may become horizontal and bonded on the back face of the first laminate lumber via a heat insulation sheet to be formed thicker than the second laminate lumber. A nonflammable sheet is bonded to the front face to mass-produce a core material unit, and a pair of second laminate lumbers are so disposed and bonded as to face each other to form the core material of a fireproof door. An outer peripheral end face is fitted with a large-sized material configured of a combustion delay member to form a fireproof door, and the fireproof door is fitted into a frame assembled in a rectangular form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
