PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform recovery of a conveyance apparatus quickly and accurately.SOLUTION: A conveyance system comprises a conveyance apparatus 101 and a terminal 102. The terminal 102 comprises: a virtual button display part 124 for operating the conveyance apparatus 101; an abnormality information acquisition part 127 for acquiring abnormality information; an abnormality information identification part 128 for identifying the type of the abnormality information; a storage part 120 for storing procedure information in association with the type of the abnormality information; a procedure information acquisition part 125 for acquiring procedure information corresponding to the type of the abnormality information from the storage part 120; and a procedure display part 126 for displaying the procedure information on the same screen as a virtual button 123 is displayed.
