PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance anti-offset performance without increasing the number of skip printing in a stencil printer having a skip printing mode.SOLUTION: In a stencil printer, the first printing sheet is fed (a step i), the first printing sheet is held by an adsorption transport unit 21 after printing and dried by a sheet drying fan 46 (a step ii). A plate cylinder of a printing part is idling in the step ii. Feeding of a second printing sheet is started after a prescribed number of idling and the operation of the sheet drying fan 46 is stopped to discharge the first printing sheet (a step iii). The second printing sheet is held by the adsorption transport unit 21 after printing and dried by the sheet drying fan 46 (a step iv). The same operation is performed until feeding and printing of a fourth printing sheet that is the set number, and the fourth printing sheet is discharged without performing holding and drying.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
