PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine two-liquid mixing injection machine without using a gear pump which is bitten by a filler or allows a gear to be easily worn.SOLUTION: Means 2, 2a which supply two kinds of chemicals are arranged freely horizontally reciprocation-movably on both side parts of a head part 1, a rotary mixer 3 is mounted on a lower part of the head part 1, a driving motor 4 of the rotary mixer 3 is arranged on an upper part of the head part 1, chemical supply means 2, 2a include vertical screw pumps 17, 17a, chemical containers 18, 18a attached to the vertical screw pump, channel forming bodies 19, 19a arranged on a lower part of the vertical screw pump and mixing heads 8, 8a mounted on inside parts of the channel forming bodies, the mixing heads are fitted into receiving ports formed of openings on both sides of the rotary mixer 3 and, thereby, two kinds of chemicals can be supplied. A fine two-liquid mixing injection machine in which the biting of filler and wear of inner components are suppressed by using the vertical screw pumps 17, 17a is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
