PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device in which incident light energy reduction problem, due to refractive index variation between a color filter and a microlens in the image sensing device, is eliminated or reduced.SOLUTION: An image sensing device includes an active layer having a plurality of photo-sensing elements, a color pattern installed on one photo-sensing element, and having a color selected from a group consisting of red (R), green (G) and blue (B), microlenses installed on the color pattern, and a transmission pattern adjacent to the color pattern and existing on another photo-sensing element. The transmission pattern has a color filter part and a microlens part, the absolute value of difference of refractive index between the microlenses and color pattern is less than 0.3, and there is no difference of refractive index between the microlens part and color filter part of the transmission pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
