PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference management apparatus, material registration method, program, and conference system for making it possible to easily register materials with respect to one or more subjects registered for a conference.SOLUTION: A conference management apparatus for managing a conference performed among a plurality of terminal devices includes: creation means for creating identification information for a material registration screen for registering materials with respect to one or more subjects registered for the conference, to transmit the identification information for the material registration screen to a terminal device of a user who registers a material for a subject; and material registration means for transmitting, on the basis of a screen data acquisition request designating the identification information for the material registration screen, screen data on the material registration screen to a terminal device of a screen data acquisition request source, to register a material registered with respect to the subject by a user on a material registration screen displayed on the terminal device of the screen data acquisition request source so that the material is associated with the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
