PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic memory of which a magnetic part can be easily read and written, a magnetic memory device, an operation method for the magnetic memory and a manufacturing method of the magnetic memory.SOLUTION: The magnetic memory includes a first magnetic part, a non-magnetic part, a first magnetization stationary part, a second magnetization stationary part, a first electrode, a second electrode and a third electrode. The first magnetic part extends in a first direction and is capable of holding a plurality of magnetic domains which are arranged side by side in the first direction. The non-magnetic part is in contact with one end of the first magnetic part. The first magnetization stationary part is separated from the first magnetic part and in contact with the non-magnetic part. The second magnetization stationary part is separated from the first magnetic part and the first magnetization stationary part and in contact with a first non-magnetic part. The second magnetization stationary part is being magnetized in a direction that is different from a magnetization direction of the first magnetization stationary part. The first electrode is connected to the other end of the first magnetic part, the second electrode is connected to the first magnetization stationary part, and the third electrode is connected to the second magnetization stationary part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
