BRANCH PART MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch part manufacturing method for a wire harness capable of manufacturing a branch part in which a branch is firmly fixed, through simple operation.SOLUTION: Branch part manufacturing steps include: a wire placing step S301 for placing a trunk and a branch that is branched in the middle of the trunk, on a single-coated self-tack sheet; a branch regulation step S302 for regulating positions of both side parts of the branch by positioning the branch in the branch part from the trunk by means of a regulation member; a first sheet pasting step S303 for holding and covering the trunk and the position regulated branch with the single-coated self-tack sheet and overlapping and pasting a pair of edges along the trunk; a regulation member draw-out step S304 for drawing the regulation member from between the single-coated self-tack sheets; and a second sheet pasting step S305 for pasting the single-coated self-tack sheet in a portion where the regulation member is present.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
