PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel flow rate measuring device in which responsiveness of a fuel flowmeter is improved and which therefore can measure a change in a fuel consumption amount or the like in an internal combustion in a very short period of time.SOLUTION: A fuel flow measuring device includes: a fuel supply path 1; a flowmeter 4 for measuring a flow quantity flowing through the fuel supply path 1; a flow quantity control mechanism 2 provided in the upstream side of the fuel flowmeter 4 in the fuel supply path 1; an upstream side pressure meter 3 provided between the flow quantity control mechanism 2 and the flowmeter 4 in the fuel supply path 1; a downstream side pressure meter 5 provided in the downstream side of the flowmeter 4 in the fuel supply path 1; and a control section 6 for controlling a flow body control mechanism 2 based on a measured differential pressure ΔP which is a difference between an upstream side measured pressure Pu measured by the upstream side pressure meter 3 and a downstream side measured pressure Pd measured by the downstream side pressure member 5 and a target pressure difference in a front and a rear of the flowmeter 4.
