PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device capable of improving hermetic seal performance while suppressing increase in starting torque and rotational torque.SOLUTION: A flange 50 is integrally formed in a state of projecting from the inner peripheral surface of an inner ring 7 to an inner diameter side, and provided over the whole circumference on the axial intermediate part inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 7. By making the inner peripheral edge part of the flange 50 approach and face the axial one end side outer peripheral surface of a sleeve 17 over the whole circumference, a labyrinth seal is provided at the axial one side opening part of an annular space 41 formed between the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 17 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 7.
