PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight band that can be easily worn by a person using a weight band for rehabilitation.SOLUTION: A weight band 1 includes a band body part 10 on which a weight is mounted, a belt 14 extending from the band body 10, a belt insertion part 13 attached to the band body part 10 into which the belt 14 is inserted, fixing means 11 for fixing the belt 14 inserted into the belt insertion part 13 and folded to the band body part 10, and a coming-off prevention part 15 for preventing the belt 14 from coming off from the belt insertion part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
