PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate base film having such a characteristic that, when a patterned transparent conductive layer is laminated on a low refractive index layer of the intermediate base film, patterns of the transparent conductive layer can be made invisible, a conductive film, and a touch panel sensor.SOLUTION: One embodiment of the present invention provides an intermediate base film 11 for a touch panel for supporting a patterned first transparent conductive layer 12, which includes a transparent substrate 13, a first high refractive index layer 15 deposited on one surface of the transparent substrate 13, and a first low refractive index layer 16 deposited on the first high refractive index layer 15 and having a refractive index lower than that of the first high refractive index layer 15. The intermediate base film 11 shows 2% or less difference between a reflectance of the intermediate base film 11 for light at a wavelength of 500 nm measured on the first low refractive index layer 16 side, and a reflectance of the intermediate base film 11 for light at a wavelength of 300 nm measured on the first low refractive index layer 16 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
