PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacture of a hemispherical shoe showing a superior durability that no seizure is generated even under a state of dry lubrication having no lubricant oil at the time of starting operation, no reduction of lubricating characteristic caused by frictional generating heat or reduction in strength at the time of manufacturing is restricted.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a process of manufacture of a hemispherical shoe 4 for a slant-plate type compressor including a substrate made of hard material and having a hollow part at its central axis part and a resin layer made of resin composition and formed at the surface of flat surface part sliding together with a slant plate around the substrate and a surface of a spherical surface part sliding together with a piston and the hollow part of the substrate is formed with a resin filling part having resin composition filled and an open hole part not filled with resin composition, the resin composition is injected and filled from a part acting as a resin filling part 8 under a state in which the substrate 5 is arranged in a cavity 22 of a molding die so as to form the resin filling part and the resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
