PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize simple and certain stretching of a bobbin string extended from a feeding bobbin to an empty tube region of a winding package through a string drawing device.SOLUTION: A string drawing device 21 comprises a drawing opening 28 capable of supplying negative pressure and being provided with a flexible slider 7 capable of being controlled in a decided manner. The slider comprises a string storing opening 20. The slider 7 is supported with the string storing opening 20 in a movable manner so that controlled stretching of a bobbin string 29 which is extended from a feeding bobbin 2 and supplied with air force is ensured to a final position at a region of a string wound package winding tube 40 held on a package frame 11 through the string drawing device 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
