A floating production storage offloading facility, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a hull which floats on the sea; a superstructure which is formed on the top of the hull and has living spaces for crew and a wheelhouse for sailing; a resources production platform which is formed in the hull and refines mined seabed resources; a chemical tank mounting part which is formed between the superstructure and the resources production platform and allows one or more chemical tanks for receiving chemicals supplied to the resources production platform to be used to refine the seabed resources to be mounted therein; and a chemical flow pipe which connects the chemical tank mounting part to the resources production platform.
