BIOABSORBABLE FIXING PIN MEMBRANE USING CALCIUM PHOSPHATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a calcium phosphate-based bioabsorbable shield membrane fixing pin for fixing a shield membrane which protects an alveolar ridge operating on a guided bone regeneration for reinforcement of the alveolar ridge absorbed in an implant site for an artificial tooth surgery and for recovery of a localized bone defect. The method includes the steps of: mixing a hydroxyapatite powder and a beta-tricalcium phosphate powder with each other to prepare a composite powder; adding and mixing a binder to the composite powder to prepare a pin molding powder for fixing a shield membrane, roll-milling the pin molding powder at room temperature to mold the molding powder into a plate shape and cooling the same, and then pulverizing the cooled plate into a powder; molding the powder with a molding machine to form a shield membrane fixing pin having a head part (11) formed on an upper end thereof, a needle (12) formed in a downward vertical direction at a lower center portion of the head part, and a stepped portion (14) formed at a lower portion of the needle and having a diameter greater than the diameter of the needle and less than the diameter of the head part such that the membrane fixing pin is formed in a conical shape (13) having a pointed end and has a diameter gradually decreased as it travels from the stepped portion to a lower end; performing a first heat treatment of the formed shield membrane fixing pin; and performing a second heat treatment of the first heat-treated shield membrane fixing pin.
