To achieve this purpose, the air conditioning system of the present invention comprises: an air conditioning case having a passage on both sides and a rear seat passage; a main blower for blowing air to the passage on both sides and the rear seat passage; a wind volume distributing door for controlling the opening quantity of the passage on both sides to distribute the wind volume introduced to the passage on both sides; an auxiliary blower for rear seats, which increases the wind volume and the wind pressure of the cold and hot air blown along the passages on rear seats; a first memory unit for saving the main blower compensation values for each rotating step deviation between the main blower and the auxiliary blower for rear seats; and a control unit for, when the rotating step of the auxiliary blower for rear seats is changed, detecting the main blower compensation value corresponding to the deviation of rotating step between the main blower and the auxiliary blower for rear seats at the first memory unit and for correcting the rotating step of the main blower according to the compensation value of the main blower detected.
