The present invention provides a method for producing a polyolefin denatured compound-coated fiber belt product. The method comprises: firstly coating a polyurethane-based liquid-type adhesive and a primer which is a thermoplastic chloropolyolefin-based composite on one surface or both surfaces of an aramid fabric; and secondly coating a polyolefin denatured compound composition on one surface or both surfaces of the firstly coated aramid fabric. The polyolefin denatured compound composition, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin or a polypropylene resin, comprises 0.1 to 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin plastomer, 0.1 to 80 parts by weight of an olefin block copolymer, 0.1 to 80 parts by weight of a polystyrene-based denatured elastomer or polyolefin-based rubber, 0.1 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, 0.1 to 1.0 parts by weight of an antioxidant agent, 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of a UV absorbent, 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent, 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of an antimycotic agent, 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of a process active agent, and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a coloring agent. An industrial fiber product produced according to the present invention has remarkably improved nontoxic properties, economical feasibility, processibility, durability, weatherproof properties, and lightweight properties. |
