A handling system for a drill pipe is disclosed. The handling system for a drill pipe comprises: an inclined part which is formed in the top end of a moon pool and guides a drill stand to be inclined; a guide part which grips the drill stand inclined by the inclined part to vertically position and descend the drill stand and locates the drill stand in the inclined part to be inclined by ascending the vertically positioned drill stand; a roughneck which connects the drill stand descending by the guide part to a drill string and separates the drill stand from the drill string; a gripping part which grips the drill stand separated by the roughneck to ascend and transfer the gripped drill stand to the guide part; and a loading part where multiple drill pipes are loaded in a horizontal direction. Therefore, the present invention simplifies a pipe connecting system and improves the efficiency of a pipe connection work.
