PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity switch capable of operating at a wide environmental temperature.SOLUTION: The proximity switch includes: a detection section 1 which is a magnetic material member; a section 2 to-be-detected of a permanent magnet in which a relative distance to the detection section 1 changes and applies a magnetic field corresponding to the relative distance to the detection section 1; and a detection circuit which detects a proximity state of the section 2 to-be-detected based on an impedance component of the detection section 1 corresponding to a change of a magnetic field applied to the detection section 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
