PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-traveling cutting machine and a method for discharging a cutting object.SOLUTION: Self-traveling cutting machines 1, 1a and 1b comprise a machine frame 2, a controller 3 for moving and cutting operation, a work drum 22 and a transport conveyor 12. The transport conveyor 12 can rotate at a predetermined elevation angle around a first shaft 21 substantially horizontally extending to the machine frame 2, and can rotate in the lateral direction at a predetermined rotation angle around a second shaft 23 orthogonally extending to the first shaft 20. The transport conveyor 12 discharges a cutting object 14 on a loading surface 15 of a transport vehicle 10 at a designated transport speed. The controller 3 continuously controls automatic positioning of the cutting object 14 by a rotation angle of at least the transport conveyor 12. The controller 3 monitors by designating a limit value of maximum allowable rotation angle ranges 36 and 38 for variably rotating the transport conveyor 12 in response to a present operation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
