PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable chopping board which is a container type chopping board having a chopping board function for people uninterested in cooking and people annoyed by cooking, enabling them simply cooking and preventing being bulky for throwing, since the food must be shifted to a different container after cutting on a general chopping board, it is hard to prevent culturing dirt and bacteria on the surface no matter how it is washed after a long-term use and some people avoid even simple cooking because he/she is weary of washing the chopping board.SOLUTION: The invented disposable container type chopping board is used for cutting food or the like as a chopping board, then can be piled with another on the top, flipped upside down, put in a microwave to be cooked simply without moving to another container. The user can eat the products without moving it to another container after cooking and can be piled up because of the same shape and thrown without being bulky after eating.
